1/8" TaiSteel braided string for use as a FiddleStick Pull String.
When every ounce or cubic inch matters - this is the ultra-light solution. The UHMWPE gives this braided string a tensile strength of 2200 lbf - way strong. Hard to handle (hold onto), ties not so well and is a pain to stuff. It is very light and very compact. Choose your tools wisely.

It is Hard to Handle, such that stuffing the STRING back in the bag is called “Milking the Kitty”. Using without a specialized bag would be excruciating! We make the SECO-050 for this (both lengths) and BG-Gear/Luke also makes a very different specialized bag, which you might like.
Perhaps most useful for FiddleSticking long drops, where the light weight of the pull string can be very important. Goes with Imlay Super-Pull-String bag. Not very practical for traditional “pull-throughs” due to the difficulty of handling. Plus I have concerns about it cutting across edges.
Why only the 200’ and 300' length? A 200 foot length is generally useful and light enough. Some gram-counters would perhaps make use of a shorter length, but the 200’er plus bag and FiddleStick is a small enough package that I bring this on almost every trip these days. A pound of insurance, essentially.
For Pull-Through, use a conventional 6mm pull cord that will get the job done and be easier to handle, and will take abuse better. Different tools for different situations.

Advent of the FiddleStick and other ghosting techniques has allowed use of super-light spectra pull strings, aka "Super-Pull-Strings". This is a bag for Super Pull Strings, and holds 300 feet easily. While a smaller bag could be made, it would become quite difficult to stuff. Therefore, I am offering the smallest bag that I think can be easily stuffed.
PROTIP: Write your name and phone number on the inside of the drawcord sleeve with a sharpie.
The FiddleStick is an advanced canyoneering anchor tool. NOW with 5% more, all lengths, to account for shrinkage. (e.g. a 200 foot cord is actually 210 feet)
Our cord is Polyester sheath and Polyester core which absorbs quite a bit less water than nylon cords. It is quite a bit more static, so you won't be fighting the stretch. Works better! After using a very pretty but very stretchy nylon accessory cord as pull cord for a couple of years, I figured it was time to make some 100% Polyester pull cord for superior performance.
