Imlay PicPocket Phone Case
A Camera/Phone Case for Canyoneering
For waterproof cameras, a neoprene case to hold your equipment handy and protect it from bumps and bruises. A bit of mesh at the bottom of the back to let water drain out. The full length of the front is covered with Cordura - some 500d, some 1000d.
Of course, phones replaced waterproof cameras, and the PP is wonderful for keeping your phone handy during outdoor activities. Keep your phone out of the skanky canyon water, but for canyon action other than swims, waterfalls and jumps, it seems to work pretty well.
Note: many phones are now ‘waterproof’. This definitely does not make them ‘skanky-pothole-water-proof’. We advise against thinking so.
Two straps allow a variety of carrying configurations. Big enough for most phones. ‘Silent’ zipper sliders help keep things quiet. Strap end sliders keep the strap from flipping around when moving fast.
