A quarter mile stroll leads to this lovely waterfall. Great for an after dinner walk in summer.

A Nice Little Stroll to an enchanting waterfall. This is a short, off-trail jaunt for the whole family, though it does require a little boulder-hopping and a bit of wading to get to the actual cascade.

Getting There: From Canyon Junction, walk or drive east on Route 9 one half mile to the first big turn and the bridge over Pine Creek. An obvious trail on the north side of the creek leads up-canyon. Follow this until it digresses into hopping boulders up the canyon. You might end up getting your feet wet.

A mighty 1/4 mile, and you are there - a pleasant waterfall and a shallow pool are easy on the eyes. Enjoy the beauty of this nook, then return the way you came.
