Shortly after this, we ran into the "day-hiker" crowd in Orderville. Are these canyons crowded? Again opinions vary, and I won't subject you to another lecture. One thing I like about being in the canyons is that if you feel crowded, you can just put on a burst of speed, or stop and have lunch, and by putting a couple hundred yards between you and other parties, have the canyon to yourself, pretty much.

Orderville provides a wide variety of scenery, from soaring narrows to open sunny areas with views of the dramatic mountainside above.
