CUSA Press

Inspiration and information to enhance your canyoneering experience.

CUSA Press is the toddler publishing arm of Canyoneering USA. On this website, find updates and discussion of out published books (=one, Zion: Canyoneering); and possibly considerable information on books that are "under development", which often means "a gleam in Tom's eye".

Comments welcome: email me at CanyoneeringUSA at gmail dot com.

Books can be purchased at the Canyoneering USA Store.

Update

South Fork of Oak Creek
by Tom Jones - June 2, 2009

CLOSED

The South Fork of Oak Creek is a wonderful and beautiful canyoneering adventure. The creek itself, and access to the creek, are all on private land, and at this time the landowners have closed this area to public access. While the road into the area is not gated and locked, it is a private road, with public access allowed at times at the landowner's discretion.

I had formerly claimed that parking at the four-way and accessing the creek from there was legal as long as one does not cross posted land. This is not true, and I regret making this claim.

The area is closed, please do not go there.
